With effect as from 04-06-2020

Filing and receiving  claims and providing the supporting documents in relation to insurance events which are within the competence of  NBBMI shall be done either by email to the following email address:  ins@nbbaz.bg

or

in paper form, by a registered mail or at the premises of NBBMI: 1000 Sofia, 2, Graf Ignatiev Street, floor 2, in full compliance with the safety measures.

For the purpose of avoiding unnecessary physical contact and enabling the smooth process of handling of  claims, the injured persons or their proxies are encouraged to provide an email address for correspondence. This shall also apply for already filed insurance claims.
